1. Delivery Locations:

We currently ship the iRG PRO Planner across India only.

2. Shipping Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes between 7-10 days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges:

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Any applicable express delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. COD Terms

COD is available for selected pin codes across India. Please verify availability at checkout. A COD handling fee may be charged based on the courier service.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

6. Delivery Partners:

We use trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery, including services like Amazon, Flipkart, and local delivery networks.

7. Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept the delivery, please contact us for assistance. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
