- Understand what you want to achieve using the iRG PRO Planner. Do you want to be more productive? Reduce stress? Get more from your day? Or, all of the above? Answers to these questions will help you decide what you want to achieve, and chart a course of how the planner will help you get there.
- Take time to mark all the important days in the year including birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. Doing so will help avoid scheduling clashes.
- Start with the biggest time blocks, i.e. yearly goals, and then narrow it down. Begin with the My Year Goals, then the Monthly Planner, and then, the Daily Planner.
- To make the best use of the iRG PRO Planner, be proactive about planning in advance. For the monthly tasks, plan before the month starts. For the daily planner, do it the day before.
- When planning tasks in the Daily Planner section use the technique of time blocking where you assign a set time for your tasks and finish them in that window.
- Personalize your planner using the stencil bookmark provided. Have fun using your planner.
