COD Terms

1. Availability:
   • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within India only.
   • Eligibility for COD is based on the delivery pin code, which can be verified during checkout.
2. Payment Process:
   • Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. Exact change may be required.
3. COD Charges:
   • A nominal fee of ₹50 will be added during checkout.
4. Order Confirmation:
   • COD orders require confirmation via email/phone before shipping.
5. Cancellation Policy:
   • COD orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
6. Return and Refund:
   • In case of a return, refunds for COD payments will be processed via bank transfer after verifying the return. Customers must provide bank details for the refund.
7. Other Terms
   • COD will not be available for bulk orders (over & above 10 copies)
