Return Policy

At iRG PRO Planner, we’re committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your planner, we are here to assist.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2. Process for Return

• To initiate a return, please email us at support@svatechideas.in with your order details and reason for return.
• Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the process, including providing instructions for shipping the item back.

3. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
•  For orders paid via COD, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers are required to provide accurate bank details for the refund process after the return is verified.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized products or items that have been used are not eligible for return.
